I´m trying to backup my GIS Server before to upgrade (10.4.1 to 10.5.1) using the webgisdr command on linux and every time I got a error msg on Arcgis Server backup: It´s a single machine using : Portal for ArcGIS Webadaptor ArcGIS Server 10.4.1 version on Linux Here the error: ...... I´m trying to upgrade my server to 10.5.1 and I´m following the steps on url . Everytime I´m getting an error on Step 8 "Choose to Continue Portal Upgrade. .....Specify the user name, password, email, and identity question and answer of the initial administrator account. ...." or sometimes Here I´m running a federate/hosted server + Portal and Datastore on Linux (single machine). Hi Allan Yes, We did the reinstallation of ArcGIS Datastore Software only (Not Portal or Server). I´m not sure but here our Server was full and I think the problem were related with because the source db was inacessible . So We cleaned a lot of trash (old services and files) and thousands of .gz files from Datastore Backup Walarchive on ...arcgis/datastore/usr/arcgisdatastore/backup/walarchive

I got a similar problem here, few weeks ago. The datastore was reinstalled and the problem was fixed. And I don´t know what happend.
