Is there a way to resize rows in Open Data 2.0, specifically, reduce their height? I have added some rows which only contain one line of text, but they are many pixels high and this results in a lot of unwanted white space above and below the text. Is there a way to reduce the overall size of the row?

Thank you both for the replies. I should have mentioned also that I was able to see the REST services directory in anonymous access, but was not able to log into it either. As it turned out, my colleague restarted the server, and I was able to get to the Manager and also admin access to ArcCatalog. While I'm happy that I was able to do so, we still don't know what the cause was, and why it resolved, whether it was the server restart, a fresh start on my computer, or something else.

In addition, I tried pinging the server, I get a timeout on the ping.

I know people have asked similar questions in the past, but I'm stuck. I am not able to connect to ArcGIS Server Manager on my computer. I enter the correct URL and it just waits until it times out. In addition, my publisher and admin connections in ArcCatalog, to that server, will not connect. I have tried clearing the cache and 3 different browsers (Chrome, FF, Edge). Also tried turning off the firewall. These problems have only surfaced in he past 2 days. I had no trouble before then. I can access the Server Manager from a different computer. So it seems like it may be system related, but I'm out of ideas. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Is it possible to use a given widget more than once in an ArcGIS Online Web App Builder application? I am building an app in which I want to use the Near Me widget to find features from three different layers. I want each search to be a separate operation. I am aware that I can search multiple layers in one instance of the widget, but that's not what the customer wants- they want three separate buttons for searches. My experience so far is that the first instance of the widget works properly, but any subsequent instances will allow the user to enter their location, but will not otherwise function. Is it possible to do what I described above?

Is it possible to disable schema locking on a Geoprocessing service in ArcGIS Server, version 10.4? I know that it can be done on map/feature services, but I don't see any option for the geoprocessing service. I have seen similar questions asked in earlier versions of the software, but never saw a definitive answer.

I built a web map in Portal to be shared with others. The customer want the layer list to open by default when the web map is opened. In my configuration it does, but the customer keeps reporting that it is the legend that is visible when she loads the map. Is there any way to control this so that she will see the layer list when she loads the web map?

...I should also mention that I am an Administrator on my Portal and should have appropriate privs to save the map.

I am working on an existing map in Portal. I created the map weeks ago, I own it, and I am signed into my Portal. I made some changes today, and now I see there is no Save button on the map interface. I tried signing out and in again, I tried Chrome, IE and Firefox, all with the same result. Any ideas?

I am building a webmap in Portal using services from various sources. For organization purposes I'd like to be able group services into several subfolders. I know I can do that with services that I create on my server, but I'm also consuming services from various outside entities. I'd like to be able to group them as well. I have read the documentation and as far as I can tell, I cannot create groups in a webmap or with WebApp Builder. But I was wondering if anyone else know of a way that this can be done?

I am having trouble with the Story Map Shortlist application. I created a service with my point features, and shared it in ArcGIS Online. When I try to load the application, I get the error message "NO VALID SHORTLIST POINT LAYERS". The layer is definitely working if I view it in the AGOL web map. This error is not very descriptive- what should I check for to make it work?

I've restarted Publishing Tools, but getting the same error when trying a direct publish, with a new MXD. I'm not too bothered as long as publishing from the sd file works, but curious why that is that's still giving trouble. I did find the following in the log, not sure if that's pointing out: Unable to connect to the identity store using SSL. ArcGIS Server will revert to using a non-SSL connection to the identity store and credentials will be sent in clear text. In order to use SSL, verify that your identity store has SSL enabled.

Yes, that allowed me to to create a map service from the XY features. Curious as to why I can't publish directly. Ultimately, we would like to enable users to edit the attributes in the data tables online (AGOL?) Any specific advice or gotchas if we want to do that?
