Hello, I have created a data store and can edit data in ArcGIS Pro. The data will update on the web map. I cannot edit the data from the web map or in the field maps app. I am logged in as the same user in all three locations. When I view the data store in the My Content tab and go to settings, there is no check box to allow edits. I know its probably small thing to make it work, but I can't figure out where to change the setting.

This got the model to run correctly. Previously I was trying to use the "create feature class" tool. Changing it to "export features" produced the desired result.

I have created a model in model builder that selects a dataset based on location and then should overwrite an existing data set with the selected features. When I run the model, instead of overwriting with the new features it creates an empty dataset. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Ran across an issue when a feature class with an attribute rule is uploaded to AGOL. We have a unique ID field that autogenerates values when a new feature is created. When the feature class is uploaded to AGOL the attribute rule is lost and values will not populate.

You can’t use copy features because there are no features in standalone tables. I’m copying, columns not rows. Append is a good workaround if you use the field map, but it’s still a little clunky.

Workaround seems to be append. Has to be a better way though.

I feel like this is going to be a "oh yeah, that was obvious" moment when I get answers, but I'm at a bit of a loss. I've got an excel table with a list of about 2500 road names that I want to paste into the Address Data Management Solution's Master Road Name Table. When I do a copy/paste it only pastes about 10 records and it tries to fit them in one field. I've tried to add the excel table to the map and do a join, but that doesn't seem to work. I've tried to calculate the field, but I can't select another table for my input info. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

There is a group of about 20 editors for this particular layer. There definitely has to be a better way, but I don't know what it is. The positive part is that I don't dedicate a full two days a week to it, but rather work on it maybe for an hour or two on the days I add roads. This is actually related to a point file used for water meter sets and drop ins where the field crews are required to input the billing address associated with the meter. Workflow is that I create the new centerline and then I have to add the new road name to the meter layer.

Nothing suggested seems really viable so far. I posted on reddit as well and someone created a sample codeblock to use. I suck at python so I'll have to stumble around and see if I can get it to work.

Used to be in the Community group and submitted some updates. Then ESRI asked for a county wide update, and I explained to them that my office only covered the unincorporated of the county. After that they said no thanks to community maps submissions. They wanted all or nothing, instead of partial updating. Weird situation if you ask me.

Right now its updated 2 days a week. I'm in an area of extreme growth. Its growing so fast that ESRI is way behind on keeping up with new roads, and for some reason they didn't want centerline updates for our service area, and instead only wanted county wide updates - but I digress. We don't allow field workers to add new streets because we have to keep it consistent for billing and service request orders.

One gripe I've got with AGOL is that you don't have full functionality of the feature services that you have with feature classes or shape files, when working with them in ArcGIS Pro. Seems to me that it would be logical to edit the domain of a feature service when it was viewed in Desktop or Pro.
