@AnthonyTomAnoba , I would suggest you up the Maximum Number of Coded Domains setting in Service Parameters setting in ArcGIS Server Manager. The default is 25000 and if you have more features than this, you will only see the domain codes in the service, just like what you are reporting. Here is where to look in ArcGIS Server Manager: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/edit-map-service-settings.htm

@JasonFitzsimmons , This is currently a limitation of the Add Data Widget and is an Enhancement. Below is the enhancement details. ENH-000123543: Raise the default feature limit or provide an administrator configurable setting that would allow administrators to change the feature number limit of 1000 records when uploading CSV files via Add Data widget.

@JasonShim , you need to enable the z-value coordinates when creating the shapefile. You will also need to define a vertical coordinate system. Below is what the options are in ArcGIS Pro. You can check whether the shapefile is z-enabled by looking at the shapefile properties in Catalog. Once the shapefile has been z enabled, editing the z-value is part of the capturing process. Here is a link to the Esri help which goes through editing the z-value: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/edit-vertex-z-values.htm

@JPIERRON , Have you had a look at creating Query Layers? Query layers are SQL queries stored in maps in ArcGIS Pro projects, however they only work with Enterprise Geodatabases. Here are a few links to have a look at: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/creating-a-query-layer.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/what-is-a-query-layer-.htm https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/make-query-layer.htm

@fshih , this is exactly what I have experienced in a recent Utility Network implementation. Either all the descriptions were seen or none. I had set the number to a crazy amount (99000000) which has solved the issue (for now). It worked for me using a map service without feature access.

Have you changed the timezone setting for the service in ArcGIS Server Manager? If this has been set, it maybe worth logging a support ticket with your local Esri Support team to do further troubleshooting.

@fshih , there is an option in server manager where you can set the maximum number of coded domain descriptions which are returned in the service. The default value is 25,000. If you have more records than 25000 in the service which require you to view the descriptions of, you need to up this number. Here is where you set this setting (Help Link😞

Thanks for clarifying @VishApte , you are correct about compatibility in the version of the UN and ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro for the maintenance and upkeep of the Utility Network Model itself.

@JimmyBowden, I am currently part of a Utility Network rollout where we are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.5.1 (and looking to upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 2.7.3). We are not finding red flags in upgrading the ArcGIS Pro client, the users are still able to do their editing in ArcGIS Pro 2.7.3. Hopefully I can help answer some of your questions. There are 2 parts to your post: Software Versions and Editing 1. Software Versions The ArcGIS Pro version and Enterprise versions listed are the recommended versions to use together due to technical enhancements and improvements in the software. I would sticking close to these recommendations when creating the initial Utility Network services. This doesn't mean you can't use ArcGIS Pro 2.8 with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. You will still be able to connect to and work with services in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 which is hosted in your ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. The main thing is that the new and enhanced functionality will not work in the older versions of the software. Eg new functionality introduced in ArcGIS Pro 2.8 may require ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 to work. 2. Editing Because the Utility Network framework is to edit via a service model and you can still connect to these services. You will still be able to edit the Utility Network in a newer version of ArcGIS Pro but some of the new functions won't be available to you. Hopefully this helps.

@lxd , you may need to disable and re-enable the Editor Tracking for the feature class in the Enterprise Geodatabase. I would use the GP tools from the Toolbox in ArcGIS Pro. The Editor Tracking tools are found in the Data Management Tools - Fields toolbox. You do need to release all locks on the database and stop all services to do this task.

@lxd , When you enable Editor Tracking, you will have an option to select either UTC or Database time. This means that the Date Modified and Updated Date fields in the database will either be captured as UTC or Database time. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/introduction-to-editor-tracking.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_488EA342ED1145D3BE4DB27202230B9E Has your data be enabled for versioning? Is it Traditional Versioning or Branch Versioning? If you are using Branch Versioning, you will only be able to set editor tracking to UTC.

@YağmurSoydan , you are getting this error because the data is not branched versioned. There are two types of versioning: Traditional and Branched. The utility network requires the data to be in branch versioning. Double check to see whether this has been set correctly. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/register-a-dataset-as-branch-versioned.htm

@MarkInsco there Bug logged in the system which will address this issue for Portal users. BUG-00013868: User is unable to identify or click on Map Viewer with Google Chrome version 89.0.4389.90 or higher for Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 or Portal for ArcGIS 10.8 on some machines. An alternate workaround is to use Edge or Firefox while we wait for the fix.
