Is there a way perhaps a URL Parameter or inside the JSON file to enable all the filters within the dashboard? I created a filter for about each 20+ layers and asking the end user to enable all of them every time to open the dashboard is not very desireable.

I have a bunch of layers which I created filters for to only show the features that were edited within the last month. The graphs only have an option to select one layer to represent, I have about 20 layers. How can I add them all into one widget count/graph.

I continually have a large number of ArcSOC.exe's running on my Windows Server 2012 R2. See the images below. I do have multiple services with a high number of allowed instances but even if there are 0 users consuming the service it seems like these ArcSOC.exe processes are still running. I also wrote a script to restart the entire ArcGIS Server Service Every Night (when no users are active) to remove any hanging processes.... but all day these process remain. Is this normal behavior?

ok great! this is actually very helpful I can use pre-existing web layers attributes to auto fill survey 123 questions. but this forces the users to visit the web map to click the survey 123 URL correct? is there anyway to have the .xls form grab data from a web service/layer

I have web map 1 and app 1. Pop up configs appear as expected in the desktop version however on mobile devices they do not. also the extent I set is not rendering properly in mobile devices as well. Are there settings to remove the mobile rendering to force desktop? or is there a property in the JSON to do this? Ive tested this on Android, iOS mobiles on different browsers as well as multiple browsers on desktop. Same results for all. Desktop: mobile: forces you to click a arrow on the right hand side to see the details. not user friendly at all. How do i disable this.

The html tags are also displayed in the Feature Service in AGOL, which means even though I want my survey styled nicely I have to remove my tags because I dont want my clients to see the tags in reports/web maps.

It appears your execution of "enable attachments" got a warning as well. Thus your gdb is not enabled for attachments which is why you're getting the results you are. Can you expand the error message on enable attachments and share with us.
