The name of the service is Plat Archive, then the layer within the published mxd or is also called Plat Archive. Therefore it creates the layer with subgroup.

Thanks, I'll make the change, I created the service with only one layer and it still created a grouplayer, I guess this is normal behavior?

I'm having an issue with one of my layers depending on if it's toggled on or off in the layer list. Here is the example, when the below configuration is selected, the identify widget works fine: When the below configuration is used, the identify widget fails to return any values. I'm trying to make my widget popup a little bigger to encapsulate the streetview widget. I can't seem to find the css to modify the default window size once the widget is clicked. This is for the jewelry box theme, the search bar widgets. Thanks!

Great Work on this widget! I was wondering if there was a way to make the initial window box larger when you click on the widget? So the user doesn't have to resize the box.

There is an add shapefile widget already out there if you do a search, and it seems the new version of WAB 2.1 has an add data button. Isn't an SDE feature service the same thing as editing a GDB?

It does use Export Web Task, and I'm not having the issue of layers not in the extent not printing. Any Layer that is activated in the layer list shows up in the legend. Brian do you have a custom Print Service?
