If you go to the List by Editing view in the Contents Pane (left side of the UI), do you see a red exclamation point indicating broken data links? If so, either remove those layers from the Contents Pane or fix the broken links to the data source.

@AbuJeriesGIS - so this has been a tricky one to find! I found an Esri Community post about this - Bridge feature type and symbology - Esri Community about bridge and culvert symbols that I read about here. This led me to finding the ERS Homeland Security 2D symbol here - ERS Homeland Security - Overview I found a point symbol for bridge which does mimic the culvert symbols. It's a start!

Another workflow to consider is to export both the FC and standalone table to CSV's using the Export Table GP tool. Then link them together in Excel using the Key Field.

Thank you for the response. So for my ArcGIS Pro, I created a generalized polygon with 4 lines that cut across the polygon diagonally as I don't know what your map looks like. See my image below. I reprojected my data from UTM to Stateplane so we're now in the same units. So my understanding with this tool is that IF the lines cross over/overlap/extend past the polygon, then the line attribute information is clipped at the polygon border as it were and gives you a proportion of the line attributes "inside" the polygon. This is why you wouldn't see the AADT sum value being 56532 unless all 4 lines fell inside the polygon. Mine do not - 68.93% of the 4 lines fall within the polygon so that percentage is multiplied by 56532 to give me a SUM value of 38967.58 AADT sum value. For the distance (in my case), I get a Summarized Length in FEET of 46848.01764 which is 8.87 miles. Something is off for sure...

So I tested the workflows using a polygon and line FC with the same attribute field of CUR_AADT and noticed some differences of your screen grabs to mine. In the Summarize Within GP tool, I have a Shape Unit parameter - I put in Kilometers as I'm using UTM. Your screen grab does not show a Shape Unit. Second, the output table for my Summarize Within has a field yours does not - Summarized Length in KILOMETERS - which does show the correct length of lines in the polygon. See images below:

This "may" be related as it was observed in 3.6 and does result in LARGE *.aptx files. BUG-000182192 - "Project templates (.aptx files) created in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.x include all project data." It's currently under review by Esri Support Services.

Since you mentioned that this was occuring in a VM, can you change the VM resolution to a different size and see if the UI resets? If so, then switch it back to the original resolution and try the workflow again. Is it reproducible or a one-off?

RE: the cell size. I'm not sure. 0.72 m to 2 m is significant range I suppose. You could experiment with a cell size in the middle, like 1.36m, and with the resampling it could work? Or try 1m and again see what the result is. Caveat - I'm not an imagery SME - just troubleshooting at the moment.

In reading the Mosaic to New Raster (Data Managment) GP tool help, it does mention the inputs must have the same number of bands and same bit depth. In addition, it mentions if you don't set the bit depth, the 8-bit default will be used. The cell size paramter is likely the culprit of resolution variation as you did mention the cellsize varies from 0.72m to 2m. If you to go the ENVIRONMENTS of the GP tool, there is a resampling method you can change. It defaults to Nearest but there are other methods, bilinear and cubic that also may improve you output. With regards to your questions: 1. Not to my knowledge, it uses the source rasters and not the overviews. 2. There is a Export Mosaic Dataset Geometry (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation that preserves the footprint, boundary, seamlines and spatial resolutions of a mosaic dataset. Maybe worth exploring.

I created a file geodatabase in ArcCatalog and a second file geodatabase in ArcGIS Pro. When I go to the properties for each, it states "this 10.0 geodatabase matches the release of ArcGIS release you are currently using." Further on the Esri Support site, it mentions "the schema of the file geodatabase has not changed since ArcGIS 10. This means that file geodatabases created in ArcCatalog using any version of ArcGIS since 10.0 will have the same functionality and schema." Now this got me wondering, if you open the Create File Geodatabase GP tool, one parameter - File Geodatabase version - shows CURRENT, 10.0, 9.3, and 9.2. So is CURRENT different than 10.0? Hmmm....

Definitely sounds like a network issue somewhere as you mentioned a local copy opened as expected on the C: drive. Question - do you have OneDrive running as well? In a similar support case, the customer and the analyst went through many ideas such as disabling indexing, checking to see if the Windows Task Scheduler was running some ArcGIS Pro indexing (it was in this case even though it was disabled in the app). Anyway, they disabled the OneDrive on Citrix for testing purposes and latency dropped. Final resolution was: The default user folder on the machine was configured for OneDrive. In ArcGIS Pro, default locations in the Options were set to OneDrive user folder. After removing and deactivating OneDrive on the VM, the latencies were resolved

You're definitely close! I googled the question - "what's the difference between an Esri provided Network Dataset and a user created Network Dataset?" and it provided a good answer I believe - "The main difference between an Esri provided network dataset and a user-created network dataset lies in the source of the data and the level of customization. Esri-provided datasets are typically pre-configured and may include features like streets, public attractions, and other relevant data. User-created datasets allow for more granular control over the data, including the ability to add or remove features, set up travel attributes, and define network sources. This flexibility is particularly useful for modeling complex transportation networks or customizing datasets for specific use cases." With that being said, you could run a few Network Analysis solvers on both Network Datasets to see what the result is between both.

For the output, I would recommend choosing a different file path and perhaps a new file geodatabase. For example, c:\temp\thesis_project.gdb\tanyan_purify - this difference with this output path is no spaces and local on the c: drive instead of a network share (E:).
