So I don't know if there's an easy way to disable the "Save Project As" command in the Customize the Ribbon workflow on the Project tab (back stage)->Options.  I cannot find where the "Save Project As" command is located.  But I did find DAML ID Reference ADCore.daml webpage from GitHub - DAML ID Reference ADCore.daml · Esri/arcgis-pro-sdk Wiki · GitHub - if you do a find on this page for "Save Project As", you'll find the ID and condition.  The ADCore.daml file is located on your C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\Extensions\Core.  Now HOW TO and SHOULD YOU modify this file is way outside my wheelhouse.  But it's a start...hope this helps! ... What you could do is make a copy of the table in question so as to preserve the original table.  Then run the Repair Geometry (Data Management) GP tool.  Per the documenation, it states "Inspects features for geometry problems and repairs them. So I think the issue is that your river cells are NODATA.  In the Distance Accumulation GP tool, for the input raster or feature sources parameter, you could use a line feature class for your rivers instead of an input raster where the river cells are NODATA.  It appears most of the other parameters in the GP tool are optional.   ... This may be related to what you're experiencing - BUG-000173018 - "When running the Add Spatial Join tool between two hosted feature layers, it fails after the second run and returns error 999999."  It's reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and 3.4 and fixed at ArcGIS Pro 3.5. The  Detailed explanation: I have three feature layers; If I run the tool between Hosted Feature Layer 1 and Hosted Feature Layer 2 it works fine. However, if I try to reuse it with Hosted Feature Layer 1 and Hosted Feature Layer 3, it fails with the error "99999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail." We have to remove the old joins to be able to rerun the tool. If we do the same using feature classes, it works fine.  It is reproducible with small features.
