Interesting. Any chance you can share the data with me so I may test on my side? If this is acceptable my email address is [email protected]

John - I see this is an old thread but wanted to reply. A layer in AGP can be refreshed by going to Layer Properties->General and clicking the box "Layer should be refreshed periodically." Set the time interval to 10 seconds. Now your layer refreshes every 10 seconds in a Map View.

Kristen - this is possible using Workflow Manager (classic) through the use of Notifications. Workflow Manager is a licensed extension supported in AGP.

Malle - if I select a polygon in ArcMap, by default it uses a cyan selection color and highlights the boundary of the selected feature. This is the identical workflow in AGP as well. Can you provide an example where the selected feature in ArcMap has a fill? Or are you referencing the symbology of the feature through layer properties?

So I've been reviewing some of the Esri internal resources and I'm wondering if it has to do the LT in the AutoCAD LT 14 format. From what I'm seeing AutoCAD LT may not be supported.

I'm thinking the Extent Environment setting set to a specific AOI will do the trick! You set Environment Settings on the Analysis core tab, in GP Tools, in ModelBuilder and/or in GP tools in ModelBuilder. Here's a listing of all the environment settings one can use - here.

Jim - what release of AGP are you using? There was a AGP 2.5 BUG-000129063 (Unable to view geometry and attribute information when adding a CAD drawing (DWG) file in ArcGIS Pro.) that was fixed at AGP 2.6.

Robert - I don't believe so. Thumbnails are just an image to preview I believe for Item Description.

Robert - I think these are used for previews of the data and are generated by default. You can read more about it here. To disable this, go to the Project Tab->Options->Indexing and uncheck "Generate thumbnails when a connection is refreshed." This "should" not generate more thumbnails.

Krister - in researching the question a bit deeper, a few things to consider. If you're attempting to delete selected non-versioned data, then use the Select tool in the Selection group on the Edit tab and choose the Delete command. Other select commands on other toolbars would not work for editing it seems. If the data is part of a network/network junction then it won't let you delete the features. If the data is part of a geometric network, then it will not delete as GN's are not supported in ArcGIS Pro. Hope this helps!

Joe - to accomplish this task, you'll need to run the Set Null geoprocessing tool using similar parameters in the attached image. From there, open the Symbology Pane for the new raster dataset, click the 3 lines upper right of the Symbology Pane and select "Import from layer". This will apply the aspect symbology to your new raster dataset. Voila! All those cells 70 degrees and under are kept - everything else above 70 degrees is Null. Hope this helps!

Uploading an Excel file does just that - it adds the non-spatial table to your AGP project. If you want to visualize the data as a point, then you need to run the XY Table to Point GP tool using a defined X Field and Y Field from your Excel file. Once you create the point feature class, then you can label it using the Class field. Hope this helps!
