Albertus - couldn't you use the XY Table to Point (Data Management) GP tool instead to create a new feature class based upon the Point_X and Point_Y fields instead of recalculating the Shape field? Would that work better?

With ModelBuilder, certainly. Take the first GP tool, Generate Near Table, and add that to a model. The output of that table is used for your next GP tool, Summary Statistics with the input table being the output from the Generate Near Table tool, provide a name for the Output Table, set your statistic field to be Near_Dist with the Maximum Statistic Type and lastly use the In_FID for the case field. This output table is then used for a Join to your polygon table with the Input Table being your polygon, ObjectID for the Input Join Field, the Join Table is the output from the Summary Statistics GP tool and the Join Table Field being In_FID. Now you have the distance field joined to the polygon feature class. Lastly, add the Buffer Tool using the Distance parameter set to Field and the Distance (value or field) being the Max_Near_Dist field. Run the model and now you have varied buffers. Tested this manually and I have varied buffers based upon the Max_Near_Dist field. Hope this helps!

Not an elegant way but you can use the Generate Near Table geoprocessing tool with your polygons as the Input Features, your points as the Near Features, uncheck the "find only closest feature (optional) parameter and change "maximum number of closest features (optional) to 10. The output table will show the ID's of the 10 nearest points along with distance to the ID of a polygon. The 10th point distance would then be your distance parameter for buffer. Like I said, not exactly elegant but should work.

Understand Zachary - re: the Desktop Database Server instance in Pro - I did find a thread you were a part of earlier about this topic. As I work on the Training Services Team at Esri, I have zero control on the AGP development process...fingers crossed with each new release of AGP, more equivalency items are addressed.

Hilary - XML workspace documents are not the only way to extract data in AGP. You can also use the Package Result Geoprocessing tool with the "Schema only" parameter checked and the "Convert data to file geodatabase parameter checked" The result layer package (*.lpkx) will have all the data you selected in the in_result parameter in the layer package. Then you can add it to an existing project. Of course, if you want to continue to use the Extract Data Wizard in the Distributed Database toolbar in ArcMap and use the file in AGP that is fine too. I haven't seen the Extract Data Wizard workflow in AGP yet but I suspect its an equivalency item the GDB Team is aware of. There is an ArcGIS Idea that references the "extract data" wizard that you may want to upvote - the URL is https://community.esri.com/ideas/10042?commentID=82770#comment-82770

Yes. First, create a new file geodatabase. Then use the Import XML workspace document GP tool to bring in the "schema only" feature classes/tables/etc. into the new gdb. The result is a file geodatabase with the schema only feature classes/behaviors/tables.

You can do this in AGP. For example, in the Catalog Pane, I click Folders->Add Connection Folder. At the top of the Add Folder Connection pane, you type in \\WC-ESRI\Shared\GIS and connect to the folder. I'd probably type \\WC-ESRI\Shared\ and then single click GIS. Then click OK. Your URL UNC path is added as a folder connection in AGP.

Todd - I found several resources that may prove helpful. First is the Global Air Traffic as a Data Art - the link describes using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online to create this map. In WebApp Builder, there is a 3DFx widget you can customize to create a Jet Trail in a 3D web app. There's an older GeoNet thread here that describes how a customer did something similar in 2019. Hope this helps!

One idea that comes to mind IF your point feature class is stored in an Enterprise Geodatabase is feature binning. This works well for large datasets and does not change the XY coordinates of the point feature class. You can learn more about feature binning here.

Andrew - yes this can be done. In the Label Class properties->Position under the Stack parameters, there's a Horizontal Alignment option you can set for Constrain Center. This will center justify your stacked label. See the image below.

Zachary - I believe you can use the Export XML Workspace Document GP tool and set the export_type parameter to Schema Only. Then you have an *.xml of the entire GDB schema but no data. In ArcGIS Pro and checkout/check-in replication, there is a parameter under the Expand Feature Classes and Tables where you can "add with schema only" - I wonder if that would work?

Yes, one route to consider is to convert your labels to an annotation feature class. You can read more about the geoprocessing tool here. Once that is completed, then you can move the annotation feature class below the "Main" feature class so the anno draws before the "Main" feature class. Hope this helps!

It seems AGP is trying to publish both the spatial and non-spatial table in one GP operation. What you could do is right-click on the point layer and select Sharing-Share as Web Layer. This will share ONLY the selected layer in your Contents Pane. Repeat for the table. Then both layers are published as individual hosted feature layers. Good luck!
