Hi Beth, In your original post you said that you saw the issue when you started adding a bulleted list and saved the draft. Do you remember any other content you had added to the storymap prior to not being able to access the storymap? Also, have you tried opening the storymap draft from the item details page as well as from the storymaps web page? Thanks! Sarah

Hi Mike, Thank you for posting this idea. When you are identifying a feature, are you seeing the extent being too zoomed in or too zoomed out? In other words, are you finding that you are needing to zoom in more or zoom out to identify the features further once you have searched for them in the application? Thanks! Sarah

Hi Justin, Thank you for providing the links to the map and the application. I tested with what you provided and was able to see that the application is having a tough time drawing the data while the slider is enabled. It looks like this behavior has been logged as a defect. Here is the information for the defect: BUG-000117738 : The Time Aware template does not refresh the map as time progresses when using a large amount of data. From the information on the defect, it does look like this is in product plan. -Sarah

Hi Liana, With the settings you have set, we should be seeing a pin in the map. Did you click on the map to get the result, or did you use the search option to find the address? Hi Kyle! I am glad to hear that you like the Zone Lookup application! As for your question, your understanding that the specified search layer should include features that intersect with the polygon is correct. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
