What time of layer are you wanting to style flow direction on?  We have support for a flow on imagery renderer https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/flow-renderer/   For feature layers you could create a web style from Pro and use a picture marker in the line and use a gif. You can control the animation properties of the gif in Pro or in Map Viewers symbol styler.  ... View more

It looks like you are styling polygons. There wont be a size adjustment for polygons just controls on your fill.  ... View more

This is planned for our next release when in list mode for the symbol gallery. It will search name and tags of a symbols. This will work with the esri provided vector symbols along with your own published symbol galleries from web styles. This wont be supported with Map Viewer Classic symbols.      ... View more
