Hey Garima! I even had to retest this to make sure as I typically load multiple UNs as a different database user if they are in the same geodatabase. It looks like you can create multiple UNs in the same geodatabase as the same user. We properly handle the naming of the geodatabase objects so they are unique and there are no name collisions. I do not know if we have a best practice recommendation for organization in the geodatabase. Go with what you can best manage without getting your datasets confused. Depending on the configuration, the UN data model can get complex with relationship classes, tables, multiple domain networks, etc. This may be easier to maintain with a level of isolation for administrative and backup purposes.

The documentation for ArcGIS Pro 2.7 is currently available, but any specific documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 is not yet publicly available. Keep a lookout for ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9 web help to be available in the near future (estimated mid Q2 of this year). Once the web help is updated, this page will reflect 2.8 changes ArcGIS Pro - what's new Once ArcGIS Enterprise is live, this page will reflect 10.9 changes What's new - REST API Utility Network service - REST API

Are you just deleting the UN dataset from the feature dataset and receiving a crash? If so, this is different than the bug you are including in your screen captures as they are deleting domains. I cannot reproduce the crash with your UN provided in the zip file, but I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.8. 1. What if you delete the UN at the feature dataset level? 2. Are you able to reproduce this crash with any FGDB UN that has certain domains configured or is it specific to your FGDB dataset?

Due to the amount of geoprocessing tools available for working with a utility network, there are no plans to add standard tools to the ribbon. You can currently customize your ribbon or quick access toolbar with specific tools that you most regularly use. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/geoprocessing/basics/customize-arcgis-pro-with-geoprocessing-tools.htm

While there are not GP tools in ArcGIS Pro to Disable subnetwork controllers and export with ack, you can do this using the REST API.

After reviewing the details of this Idea, I would recommend that you contact support services team to start providing a reproducible case to log a defect. This type of situation would be best handled by logging a software defect for better error messaging, while ideas are more in the lines of an enhancement. I recommend if you have not already, provide a reproducible case where the error is not being properly displayed when using the utility network in an enterprise geodatabase. eg: The Update Subnetwork process is not identifying there is an issue with the underlying network features. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have problems contacting our support staff.

This is a nice accessibility item that we are looking to include in a future release. While you can still navigate to the tool manually, this context menu at the feature dataset level will improve quick access.

Great idea that we have in our items to add in the future. I believe you have logged an idea similar to this in the past. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-utility-network-ideas/arcpro-2-4-2-the-create-utility-network-tool-is-not-available/idi-p/930566 I merged these ideas together.

The utility network package tools are the best method to migrate a UN currently. The team has spent some time to get core data transfer tools like copy/paste and XML Workspace documents to allow the transfer of a utility network at the feature dataset level - these will be available in a future release. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/utility-network/utility-network-dataset-administration.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_0A015302DC81439BAEC9DFDB2A49A701

I am not aware of a max level of containment. I would use your best judgment when modeling data, but currently am not aware of a hard software limit. The Containment associations topic talks about nested containment, but we do not have any such limitation documented.
