Looks like you tested on iPad simulator and it did not work. If you try it on iPhone simulator it'll work. The project has ViewController_iPhone.xib and ViewController_iPad.xib. You have added mapView to ViewController_iPhone.xib but NOT to ViewController_iPad.xib. Once, you add mapView to ViewController_iPad.xib and connect the mapView outlet the AGSMapView then it'll work on iPad as well. Regards, Nimesh

The reference scale setting available in ArcMap/Feature layer is not available in ArcGIS Runtime SDK for iOS feature layer. The document for working with data frame reference scales says, "When designing and working with interactive and web maps, it's likely that you will want to disable this reference scale behavior". So, it is not recommended to set reference scale for interactive maps. Regards, Nimesh

- Which way should I map X/Y to lat/long (in all other examples I saw X->lat and Y->lng but it does not give any result) X = Longitude and Y = Latitude. - Am I doing it the right way or missing anything? You are doing it right. I projected point and got slight difference in the result point but it looks correct. AGSPoint *p = [AGSPoint pointWithX:166.442 y:-22.2682 spatialReference:[AGSSpatialReference wgs84SpatialReference]]; AGSGeometry *pg = [[AGSGeometryEngine defaultGeometryEngine] projectGeometry:p toSpatialReference:[AGSSpatialReference spatialReferenceWithWKID:3163]]; NSLog(@"%@",pg); //AGSMutablePoint: x = 445554.767830, y = 214880.208082, spatial reference: [AGSSpatialReference: wkid = 3163, wkt = null] Now, look into why you are getting point out of map's bounds. What is your map's spatial reference? Are you creating a graphic with projected point and adding to graphics layer to visualize it? Regards, Nimesh

You can either attach .tpk to your apps main bundle or access it through shared documents folder. If you know any location where multiple apps has access to .tpk path then try. Regards, Nimesh

If you want your graphic not to rotate with map then you should use graphics layer in dynamic mode. Use AGSGraphicsLayer's initWithFullEnvelope:renderingMode method with AGSGraphicsLayerRenderingModeDynamic. This method is available only in the latest SDK (v10.1.1 Update 1). Hope this helps! AGSWebMap is nothing but a container with multiple layers which you open into map view (AGSMapView). In order to remove all layer from a map you call reset on map view ([self.mapView reset]). If you want to load another webmap in the same map view then you just open another webmap and it'll take care of removing layers of earlier webmap. Hope this helps! Regards, Nimesh

The dynamic map service layer is nothing but an image which is exported from your service. It's NOT possible to rotate label within an image. If you want to rotate feature/label then you should think of using AGSFeatureLayer or AGSGraphicsLayer. Regards, Nimesh

Remove the armv7s entry (if it exists) from the Valid Architectures setting of your XCode project. This entry is automatically added by XCode to optimize the application binary for iPhone 5's A6 processor, but the ArcGIS library currently does not include an armv7s slice. Regards, Nimesh
