Strange, sounds like maybe they won’t roll out a hot fix until July. I plan to upgrade our Portal to 10.7 as soon as I can get our SQL box upgrade to 2014 SP3 (currently on 2014 sp2). At that point I can let you know if its fix.

Philip were you all every able to resolve this? The documentation on defaults says "or when it becomes relevant". Much like the previous poster this is not the case. You can actually see it flash with the defaults and then clear them back out.I just installed the latest Survey123 Connect yesterday so i'm sure its the latest.

I logged this bug over a year ago with 10.6. I now have the same setup as you, 10.6.1, federated AGS, IWA and still see the issue on 10.6.1. I haven't tried 10.7 yet but would bet money the bug is in there as well. #BUG-000112228 if you would like to see it. Hopefully ESRI will figure this bug out as its making my Portal WAB maps unusable.

I'm been waiting for this function to be fixed as well. I logged a bug about a year ago on this issue. #BUG-000112228. ESRI described it as once you change the default value, it locks to 30 minutes whether you set that or not. They said that even if you change it back it sticks with the 30 minutes. I had a script setup pointed at a service and was able to get it right on the 30 minute mark like you. ESRI has had it marked as "In Product Plan" for over half a year. I logged this in 10.6 and still see it in 10.6.1, i bet its in 10.7. This bug has made your Portal WAB maps unusable for our purposes.

I get this message as well. I'm using a galaxy s9+, portal 10.6.1 using iwa. Im on 18.1.0. Using the new explorer and collector via iOS shows no errors. The app appears to be fine and shows data then after a minute or so I get prompted in a never ended loop of untrusted hosts. SSL shopper shows the certs are good for both portal and ags.

How about this scenario. We are running Portal 10.6, I create a map document, publish the map services to AGS and therefore Portal. At this point no map has been created. I can still add the data item to the dashboard but have no refreshes configured as its not a web map. If the Ops dashboard had a refresh option it would take the step out of having to now create a webmap and set the refresh intervals. It would be a nice option to have, either refresh all data on an interval or respect map service intervals.

Has anyone figured out if there is a way to refresh table data using the new web Ops Dashboard? It appears that setting the refresh in the dashboard itself has been taken away but web maps don't have the capability (that i'm aware of) to refresh tables. Because i am unable to set a refresh in a web map on a table I am therefore unable to have a refresh on the table data in Ops Dashboard.

I was able to get the button to toggle visibility but was never able to get it to check or unchecked the layer list to show the current visibility. I'll see if I can package it up and send it to you.

That did the trick! I'm noticing now that when I change layer visibility it doesn't update the layerlist, is there a way for force a layerlist refresh?
