Hi Kiernan, the data for that exercise has two files with the same name...but one ends in XML (it's the metadata file). Could it be that you accidentally chose that file instead of the CSV file?

Imagery in Action, Esri's newest massive open online course, is for anyone whose organization relies on imagery for decision support, wants to more fully leverage imagery data in their work, or just explore the latest ArcGIS capabilities related to imagery and remotely sensed data. Over six weeks, the course covers workflows to visualize, process, analyze, and share imagery and 2D and 3D imagery-derived products. Each week includes 2-3 hours of content—videos by Esri subject matter experts, quizzes, a discussion forum, hands-on exercises, and polls. Access to ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Image Analyst, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Image for ArcGIS Online is provided for use in the course. Finishing the course earns you a certificate. Hi, if you haven't already taken these, I'd suggest you take the GIS Basics web course followed by the ArcGIS Online Basics web course, followed by the ArcGIS Pro Basics web course. These are all free, relatively short, courses that step you through using the software. And here's a web course that shows how to map coordinate data: Displaying Coordinate Data on a Map.

Hi Peter, the training you choose depends on what workflows you'll be supporting and whether your client will be using ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro with ArcGIS Enterprise. If you'll be supporting enterprise administration, the first two instructor-led classes you marked above are highly recommended and great options to ask questions and get answers right away.
