We’re excited to launch the new Esri User Research & Testing Community! This space is intended to provide community members with opportunities to participate in remote and in-person research activities that inform the direction and design of Esri’s software, websites, and other customer experiences. Your input is invaluable for improving and innovating Esri products for GIS professionals like you.
How to Get Started
Get involved with our research & testing community with some of the following activities:
- Subscribe to the User Research & testing Community to stay up to date on the latest research offerings!
- Participate in ongoing research by checking out our blog posts to sign up for surveys or remote sessions with our product teams, working on the tools you use most. Each study lasts for a specific time frame, so be sure to check back for more opportunities!
- Sign up for our User Research Participant panel. Tell us a bit about your product usage, and we’ll do our best to match you up with studies that fit your style! Completing this survey will allow us to contact you throughout the year for remote studies.
