We’ve got a new study for Esri's Premium Support Services running until Friday, April 10. This study is exploring how people evaluate premium support plan features and pricing.
For this study, participants will take a 10 minute survey about support services. We’re looking for people who do the following:
- Play a role in evaluating and purchasing technical support services for their organization
- Have evaluated, recommended, approved, or purchased technical support services for enterprise software within the past 2 years
This is a self-paced survey and can be taken at any time through Friday, April 10. No need to prepare anything beforehand!
