Hi,
I'm working on a TMC table of Austria. The problem is that TMC tables aren't "sitting on" roads. I thought to "snap" the TMC points to the closest road, but that option isn't available in ArcView license. After snapping, I thoought to cut the roads where the TMC intersects the road, another problem with ArcView license from my understanding.
Any Ideas or thoughts?
