Problem Routing

When I try to move orders to a route, I get error: "actual time:error executing route command:Failed to submit job. Server returned: Unable to complete operation.

No idea why this is.  have been routing with Arclogistics for a while. liscense is ok.

please help.

It sounds like a short network connectivity interruption is preventing the jobs from being submitted to the server.  Which version of ArcLogistics are you using?  If click 'About' in the top right corner, there should be a 10.0.xxx.0 number.

Also, if you browse to Preferences > General panel, there should be a button to generate an error log.  Hit that, it should write out to your desktop, and attach here and we'll have a look at it.

I had the same issue this morning after updating to version 10.0.195.0.  The issue we had was there was a default break set for 0 minutes.  After I deleted this break, the system was able to route the jobs correctly.

Ditto.  Just learned to click the 'x' to remove break(s), don't set them to '0'!
