I am at ArcGIS v10 sp5 on Windows 8. I can open and use the Python window from ArcMap but I am missing the Help and Syntax panel. Anyone know how to turn it on?
It's probably hiding. Move your mouse to the far right edge of the Python window and hopefully you get a resize arrow cursor. Click and drag to the left to resize the help panel to a readable size.
