Exclamation Triangle Addresses

For the Address insertion, not sure if I like that, just seems messy to me, but then it does say to Joe Blow, hey stop and fill this out, I suppose.

The yellow exclamations are used to denote required fields.  Perhaps they could be a bit less intrusive but it certainly helps reduce the number of people who just enter a name with no address and then wonder why it didn't geocode.

It definitely helps me to fill in the xtra values, but it is a bit intrusive, but for the average user, I would assume this would be quite useful.
