Creating non-connected road segments

Hello. I am looking for the best method(s) to create multiple(>100) line segments that are not connected. The only spatially related thing I have to generate from are the  Lat/Long points of the beginning/end points of the line(road) segments.  Also have alot that are w/o the Lat/Long information.

For this, I'm using a small sample area and the Find Route tool has been been great, to a degree;  I Make XY Even Layer with the aforementioned lat/long points. Export the result out to a feature class(or, the .mxd will crash), then hit Get Points(within the Find Route tool), the points are then ID'd as 'Stops,' hit Find Route and all the points are now connected by a line.     I've search around the tool and cannot find a way to separate, ie. not connect, all the points. But use the tool to create a line between selected points. For instances, load Points A, B     C,D     E,F    etc. I'd like to create a line between each of those points(A-B,  C-D, etc) but not connected overall.  I could select a pair points individually to create a line segment and continue w/the others, but that would take forever.

Other tools such as Linear Referencing, Tracking Analyst, etc. all require existing line features to load up.   Any suggestions on the above, if I made any sense ?

Much appreciated!
