Check the connectivity

I don't have arc logistics or a business analyst. I have 36000 source and 600 destination points and arcs of  railway network.
Some points are not connected. Is there any way to check whether all nodes connected with the arcs?
and also I want to know if I could bring the points as nodes in the arcs? Please give me solution.

After some topological validation, I'd suggest taking a look at geometric networks - a really convenient way to check the connectivity of the lines and dealing with the nodes: http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/What_are_geometric_networks/002r000000...
