I just downloaded Arclogistics Online that has a 30 days trial offer, and I would like to know how to add an existing license.

Hi Jose,  could you provide us a bit more detail about what you're trying to do?  I'm not sure what you have an existing license for at the moment, ArcLogistics 9.3?  3.x?
