I have an Order problem. Every time I insert Orders, they disappear, and I cannot run previous routes that i have the route ID for but not the sequence. Any help or is there a bud fix for this?
You need both the Route Name and Sequence to use the Build Previous function. If you just have the Route Name you might just want to use that as a Specialty.
