Hii,
i have Telecom Network lines which must connect to/from (Cabin,Hand hole,Man hole ...etc), actually Lines aren't connected to or from Points.
which is Perfect steps I Can do it to make Correct Network ?
Note: I use Arc GIS 10.4.1
