Is there an existing data model for zoning and tracking changes to zoning via amendments? I've been searching but cannot seem to find an appropriate example.
Looks like the Planning & Development category is being developed http://resources.arcgis.com/content/local-government/planning-development . I wonder if there is an ETA on any map and application templates? I agree this area could use some attention and hope to find templates equivalent to the Parcel Editor, Tax Parcel Viewer, and Value Analysis Dashboard soon. I'm looking for a simple solution to track and report on the many different permit types common to Planning & Zoning. A simple tool to buffer a permit location (parcel) and generate mailing labels would be a well used feature too.
