I'm working on an MXD that I need to contain a reference scale as well as a Parcel Fabric. All is well until I turn on my LinePoints layer, at which point ArcMap removes the Reference Scale. I cannot turn the reference scale back on until I turn off the LinePoints.
Has anyone else noticed this? Know of any work arounds?
