Hi. I've got a functioning "my government services" app. It works beautifully in Firefox and Chrome. But in IE9, it throws the following error: RequestError: Unable to load proxy.ashx?https://services.arcgis.com/..../0/query status: 500
I've read somewhere that it could be an IE security zone thing because it works in other browsers, but I do not know where to look to determine if that is it and/or how to fix it.
