has buildings, carparks and social buildings

I have seem the data dictionary

May I know am I suppose to store everything in the FacilitiesStreets - FeatureDataset ?

Or I have

building dataset
carparks dataset
social building dataset

Sorry, I am new to design geodatabase and I really don't like to screw up the schema design because in my software engineering career, I am force to work with a lot of problematic schema design and I don't want to be the cause of problem to other people further down the line.
