I was wondering if there was a white paper describing the migration of existing data that is very detailed also who would be a good contact to bounce ideas and issues off.  Is there any future training courses that will be offered?  i really need to know baseline data values and schema required to get this up and running...etc, street names and street types matching between site address points and road centerlines and accounting for discrepancies between USPS and local data, also standardization of county road names and highways...Thanks a bunch!

I would start with the maps and apps that add value to your organization and then use those prioritized maps and apps to guide your implementation of the Local Government Information Model.  Here is a session we did at the Dev Summit this year - its a good overview on an implementation approach.  There is a video of the session that goes along with
