My staff have been troubled with Deed Drafter failing to provide the area of cogo'd descriptions. It isn't a matter of closure since DD is reporting High Accuracy, but simply the field that normally contains the area calculated returns "Invalid" instead. Has anybody else experienced this and found a solution? Thanks.
