Basemap does not display on iPhone at startup

My Basemap does display when using the Tax Parcel Viewer 10.1 on the iPhone.  It works fine in the desktop web browser.  In order to get the map to display i zoom in one level and the Basemap turns on.  My guess is there is a problem with how i cached my basemap.

This is most likely related to the initial extent you have set for the app.  The extents behave differently on phones than then do in desktop browsers because of the pixel resolutions and screen sizes.  The best solution right now is to shrink the size of your browser to essentially the size of a smartphone and then use the extent helper to grab the coordinate values for your community.
