Attribute Assistant - JUNCTION_ROTATION Expression

Hello all,

I am completely new to using Attribute Assistant. I have been searching for help for some time on how to use Attribute Assistant to its full potential.

My goal is to plunk down a point feature and immediately have it rotate square to the nearest line feature. I haven't managed to do anything like this yet. Can someone point to some documentation or examples that have more complicated actions than just rotating based off of a field?

   The Utility Network Editing configuration uses this rule heavily.  The point must intersect the line.

Can the Attribute Assistant be setup in either a SDE geodatabase or a file geodatabase?
