ArcGIS Cost Estimating Tools - error at startup

Hi,

Does anyone have this message at startup with the ArcGISCostEstimatingTools addin ?
"Error in the Costing Tools - CIPPProjectWindow: New
Conversion from string "0.00" to type 'Double' is not valid."

Could you provide the steps to reproduce the error?

you just need to set the personal settings of your computer to "." and not to "," for the floating numbers.
