Active Flag

Looking for more information on the 'activeflag' field. The data dictionary doesn't really detail what the field is used for and when it should be used.

Is this in reference to sewer features? If so, it indicates that particular feature is currently in use or active.

It's a Boolean field, so if that feature is currently in use, the value = 1 (or true), and if it's not in use, the value = 0 (false).

How do you use this field, turn it on and off?

Is it user-generated or is there a tool that turns this on and off?
