How to access to 10.0 North America Geocode Service

I would like to use 10.0 North America Geocode Service? but as the following screenshot shown, in my arcgis, there is no this option for geocoding locator for me, how to show this service on the locator list? Thanks

As far as I can tell, the 10.0 North America Geocode Service was introduced back in 2011 (see: New Geocode Services on ArcGIS Online | ArcGIS Blog ). My guess is that this service has been preceded by the World Geocoding Service and may have been discontinued in 2013 (see: World Geocoding in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.1 SP1 | ArcGIS Blog ). If the underlying service is still online, you should be able to add it using the instructions here: How To: Add the World Geocoding Service to ArcMap for batch geocoding .

The important thing to understand is that there have been many enhancements added to the geocoding service and it would be best to use the latest version to benefit from these enhancements: Major Enhancements to Esri World Geocoding service! (June 2017) | ArcGIS Blog
