Zoning the Max value from raster cells by polygon zones (Vector)

Is there a tool or a method that allows you to label (attribute) a vector polygon with the MAX cell value from a raster layer?

The Zonal Statistics tool is halfway there, but it only uses raster's and doesn't allow you to only identify the MAX value in that area.
