Unsure which analysis to add data to zip codes

Hello,

I'm using arcGIS Pro and I have a data of zip codes with a count of how many cases per zip code. I'd like to use the US Zip Codes file to visualize each count as mapped onto each zip code area. I wasn't sure if you're supposed to use a Summarize Within, or a Spatial Join, or something else, and which direction/file to join on to which one. 

Here is what I have so far; two layers where the yellow is the US Zip Codes, and the dots are the value of the count for each zip code.

Have you tried right clicking the polygon layer, Joins and Relates, Add Join to your point table using zip code as the key (join field)?
