I wonder if any one has wrote a scrip that enables to run the Spatial Autocorrelation Moran???s I in a loop. What I???m thinking is the same tool but with two extra fields one with an increment value and a second field with a threshold or limit so the tool would know when to stop. This way would save a lot of time. I???m doing an analysis which evolves about 10 000 polygons and each time I run the tool it takes quite a few minutes. I have to repeat the analysis for 40 different species so I really could use such script.
I appreciated any help or pointers in the right direction
