Hello, I need to do a space-time cluster analysis of incidence of dengue for 59 villages. For each village I have number of cases of dengue and population for five consecutive years. Is there a way I can analyze these data and get a p-value for clusters of high or low incidence of dengue (or hot or cold spots) that are significant in space and time? I looked at the Emerging Hot Spot Analysis with the space time cube but I am not sure it will work since I need to use incidence data and not counts.
Thank you very much in advance.
Thanks. I had tried that but, as you said, it doesn't give me a p-value and besides a graphical representations I also need some test of statistical significance.
