Distance from Rivers

Hi,

I am trying to calculate euclidean distance from each feature using this large rivers shapefile http://www.eea.europa.eu/data-and-maps/data/wise-large-rivers-and-large-lakes/ .

And once I have a raster with the shorter distance I want to calucate zonal statistics using as zone feature the 2010 NUTS 2 classification http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/portal/page/portal/gisco_Geographical_information_maps/popups/refer...

Overall what I want is the average distance from water sources at the NUTS 2 level.

However the zonal statistic table gives an error message.

Any suggestions?
