Analyzing Population Structure with Hot Spot Analysis

Hello everyone!

For a project I want to analyse the height of buildings to assume the population who lives in these buildings. My goal is to create a hot spot map to show, where big houses are.
Currently I have one building layer as raster file (I could get it into vector if neccessary).


Can anyone give suggestions on how to this?

Sorry for the double post.

My goal is to investigate possible new bus routes and for this I am assuming that taller buildings comprise more people than the smaller ones. Is that possible?
