Web part for sharepoint does not show pop up

Hi,

I have a problem with my web part in Share Point as it is not showing Popup when the object on the map is clicked.

But, the weird thing is, that only happens AFTER I click on "OK" or "APPLY"

The popup only showing just after I add data (Add data -> from ArcGIS) and before I click on "Ok" or "Apply":

What is wrong ? Why the popup wont show after "ok" or "apply" ?

Can some one give me solution / idea ?

All data are hosted on internal Geoportal 10.6.1. I have also enabled the popup on the Web Map during its creation.

According to the documentation, It turns out that only certain type of layer can support popup. But the documentation does not specify what kind of layer is supported and what is not. Anyone can help ?
