(copying questions from another user, which explains the issue well... plus added some extra info)

On ArcGIS Pro 2.4 running the Optimized Hot Spot analysis crashes ArcGIS Pro.  No warning or error message.  As a test I ran Hot Spot Analysis (non-optimized), and it produced expected results.

The analysis starts normally and progresses to the point of performing Anselin Local Moran's I calculations, which reaches somewhere over 95% complete, then ArcGIS Pro instantly disappears - no warning, error message, or error log of any kind

System: 8G memory.
OS: Windows 10 Home version 1809 64bit (Current with all updates)
No other significant software running simultaneously other than a standard browser

I've recently updated my driver from the manufacturer's website. I've tried OpenGL rendering.

I'm going through the Mapping Clusters Tutorial on the MyEsri site, so this is especially concerning as I am following all of the steps exactly in the 2nd tutorial in the series and I just can't get it to work. HELP! I'm trying to finish my dissertation but I can't get past this!
