Does anyone know if ArcGIS Pro can return the minimum value of a slope instead of the maximum? We are in the sea trying to delineate trawlable and untrawlable areas. One problem is the "SLOPE" function in desktop Spatial Analyst determines the maximum value for a 9-cell neighborhood of elevations, probably reflecting the tool's origins in hydrology. We need the minimum slope to assess whether the trawl can be used successfully or not. Imagine a long, broad, but steep-sided valley that is U-shaped. The current slope tool would conclude the canyon is untrawlable when in fact it could be trawled along its flat axis. Clearly, the minimum slope is the relevant measurement for us. Would it be possible to do this in Pro to define the minimum slope?
