This tool could leverage existing capabilities in ArcGIS Pro, such as raster-to-multipatch conversion and elevationInfo, making it a feasible and powerful enhancement for 3D visualization workflows.

Thanks @Error_999999 for your post!

This potential new feature is in our backlog but it's not yet planned for a release.
Could you describe the scenarios where having multiple 3D surfaces would be beneficial? This will help us prioritize our roadmap (feel free to attach screenshot or data).

  • To address the limitation in Scene Viewer where only one stretched raster can be displayed at a given ground elevation, a dedicated “Multi-Surface Elevation Manager” should be introduced.
  • This tool would allow users to:
    • Load multiple continuous rasters.
    • Automatically convert each raster to 3D geometry (e.g., multipatch or voxel).
    • Apply user-defined color stretches per layer.
    • Set per-layer vertical offsets and exaggeration.
    • Publish each as an independent scene layer that can be toggled, reordered, and queried.
    • Additionally, Scene Viewer should include a slider to fine-tune vertical offset and exaggeration after publication.
