Improve tiling visualization performance for slpks

Hi,

I have noticed that SLPK files are not optimized for very dense scans.  The renderers in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise/online do not seem to know which tiles to display to get a uniform appearance.  You often end up with a patchwork of very dense tiles and very sparse tiles, rather than a consistent approach. See here in ArcGIS Pro:

Please improve this so that we can use this for production visualization purposes.
