This is Matt from Esri - to the question about importing and copying maps between Pro projects, in addition to sharing a service or web map with your organization online, yes you can do that and yes it is a simple matter of copy and paste. MassDOT runs Reconcile, Compress, Analyze and Rebuild Indexes as well on a nightly basis. This has worked for us.
